Growing up:
I was born and raised in Israel, I grew up in small, beautiful village nestling between Tel-Aviv & Haifa, on the Mediterranean coast, Michmoret. I spent my childhood outdoors, camping, surfing and sailing the waters. My first Job was walking a neighbors dogs, then I ventured into gardening & landscaping.Eventually when I was old enough, as a son of an acclaimed DJ I went to work with my Dad and eventually with his blessing and encouragement went out onmy own to DJ at birthday parties, weddings and events.
Once I graduated high school I went to the Israeli Defense Forces and served 3 years as a medic. The army is Israel’s university of life. During that time I was able to study and learn beekeeping and eventually had about 20 hives of my own.

Exploring Life & Possibilities:
Once released with honors from the army service I moved to the United States.
For the first 2 years I worked for a big Locksmith Company as their Call Center Floor manager. Then I wanted to see the world so I got hired with Delta Air Lines as a flight attendant and worked for Delta for 5 years. I always knew Delta would be a stepping stone for me so during my time with Delta I started getting my feet wet in the world of Real Estate and property management. I found a position with a large property management company where I worked for about 2 years learning as much as I could from seasoned professionals.
In 2012 I came to a junction in life and decided that it was time to make a gutsy move. I started looking for a region in the US that was experiencing financial prosperity.

Finding Myself:
In my extensive research I came across North Dakota and its oil boom. I decided to move there with the notion of investing in Real Estate. From 2012-2014 I purchased, renovated and leased 35 properties (single family, multi-family and commercial) and did 3rd party property management. During 2015 and the oil slowdown (crash) , I liquidated properties and returned over 1.3 million dollars in debt to the bank. North Dakota taught me so many invaluable lessons. Because of my time spent there I have now shifted my focus to what I enjoy most and see the most potential in: investing in single family, multi family, commercial and mixed used buildings. When I look into where to invest I use the same rule of thumb that brought me to North Dakota. Strong economy, positive immigration and strong rental market. This brings to me 2020 and beyond as I have been investing in different income streams & geographical region in the US namely Des Moines Iowa and constantly looking to open and gain market share in new markets.

I’m dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and investors to see real estate as more than a transaction. For me, it’s a path toward stability, growth, and dignity. When strong fundamentals economics, demographics, genuine demand are combined with creativity, integrity, and discipline, real estate becomes something deeper. It becomes a foundation for opportunity and long-term security.”

My purpose is to help people navigate complexity with clarity: to think ahead, to build structures that create true win-wins like contract sales or seller financing and to always put people first. Because behind every property, there’s a human story. And that’s what gives this work real meaning.

Ultimately, my mission is simple:
to help people build better futures by thinking ahead, structuring true win-wins, and leading with humanity.Because behind every property, there’s a person and behind every person, there’s a story that deserves respect.

My philosophy is straightforward: real success isn’t defined solely by cash flow or appreciation it’s defined by impact, legacy, and sustainability. When purpose aligns with profit, you create outcomes that withstand market cycles and challenges. Your ‘why’ has to be strong enough to guide you through the hard days, because real estate like life will always test your conviction.
I believe in continuous learning, staying humble, and adapting as markets shift and conditions evolve. Real estate is a living puzzle, and the true work is in solving it thoughtfully, strategically, and together.
Most importantly, I believe the real assets are the people. When you prioritize individuals tenants, buyers, communities the properties naturally follow. That’s the foundation of everything I do.
